Week of July 24-28
Passions Great Lines of the Day | Monday's Episode 7/24/00
(Grace is being controlled by the evil pendent and is strangling Tabitha. Timmy is over in the corner hiding.)
Grace: "Tabitha must be destroyed."
(Timmy runs out from behind the corner.)
Timmy: "Let go of her!"
(Grace in an evil voice roars at Timmy really loud. Timmy runs back and hides behind the corner.)
Timmy: "But if you want to keep shouting, that's ok, too."
(Grace continues strangling Tabitha.)
Grace: "Breathe your last, witch!"
Timmy: "Timmy has to do something! Timmy has to save his princess. Timmy can't think with that light flashing. Yes! That's it!"
(He runs around the corner and runs up to Grace and rips the pendant off her. He runs over to Tabitha.)
Timmy: "She's dead."
(He starts crying.)
(Note: She wasn't dead if you didn't see the episode.)
Passions Great Lines of the Day | Tuesday's Episode 7/25/00
(Timmy and Tabitha are on the beach and a really hot girl in a bikini walks past him.)
Timmy: "God bless America."
Tabitha: "Refreshing to be away from everyone, isn't it, Tim-Tim?"
Timmy: "Just maxing and relaxing, Timmy and Tab."
Tabitha: "We needed a day off. Evil is getting out of hand in Harmony."
Timmy: "Way out. Way, way, way, way out."
(In the Harmony kitchen the teens are getting ready to go to the beach. Kay walks over to Simone.)
Kay: "Just wait until Miguel sees me in my new bathing suit. He's going to freak."
Simone (sarcastically): "I'm glad to see your old Kay modesty is still intact."
Kay: "Maybe he's finally going to see what he's been missing."
(Eve catches Ivy in the hospital record room.)
Eve: "Ivy. What are you doing in here?"
Ivy: "I think it's be better if you just left and forgot you saw me."
Eve: "Well, I'm afraid I can't do that, Ivy. See, these are hospital records. I won't be leaving until you tell me what it is you're doing."
Ivy: "All right, well, maybe you can help me. I'm actually looking for Ethan's birth records."
Eve: "Well, why? What for?"
Ivy: "Well, I have to alter them."
Eve: "And you thought that I was going to help you with that? That's against the law, Ivy."
Ivy: "Well, he's my son. I think I ought to be able to change them if I see fit."
Eve: "Well, not according to the law."
(Theresa is upset because Ethan told her than he only loves her as a friend and he thinks she just has a crush on him and he is still going to marry Gwen. Whitney is asking her what she is going to do.)
Whitney: "What's left for you to do, Theresa? You know they're getting married. There's nothing you can do to stop it. I hope you're not thinking about doing anything stupid like rushing over to the Crane mansion and begging Ethan to love you."
Theresa: "No. Ethan would only pity me if I did something like that."
Whitney: "At least you're learning something."
Theresa: "I'm going to do the exact opposite."
Whitney: "And what would that be?"
Theresa: "I am not going to see Ethan at all. I've lost him for good, and I'm never going to see him again. I'm going to be a nun."
Passions Great Lines of the Day | Wednesday's Episode 7/26/00
(Theresa is convinced that she has to leave Harmony because she can't be with Ethan and can't be around him. She just told Whitney that she is going to become a nun.)
Whitney: "You're going to be a what?"
Theresa: "A nun. I don't see any other way. I have lost Ethan forever, and there will never be another man in my life. I'm going to join a convent."
Whitney: "Theresa, you wouldn't last five seconds in a convent, ok?"
Theresa: "I'm going to join an order where I have to take a vow of silence, where I'll never see another man, and I'll never have my heart broken again."
(Theresa has a daydream, where she is dressed like a nun and she looks around and doesn't see anyone and takes out some lipstick she has hidden and starts putting it on. Whitney catches her. Whitney is Mother Superior. Theresa apologizes and says she can't help herself. Mother Superior tells her this isn't the place for her and tells her to leave.)
(Out of the daydream.)
Theresa: "You're right. I would make a lousy nun."
Whitney: "Good. Now you're finally starting to make some kind of sense."
Theresa: "Well, maybe I'll join the Army instead."
Passions Great Lines of the Day | Thursday's Episode 7/27/00
(Julian catches Ivy coming out of the hospital records room and he asks her what she was doing.)
Julian: "Cat got your tongue, dear? I asked you what you were doing in the hospital records room."
Ivy: "What are you going on about, Julian?"
Julian: "Ooh, you're up to something naughty, I can tell by that oh-so-guilty look on your expensively made up face. Could it be that is has something to do with the secret you've been keeping from me? Hmm?"
Passions Great Lines of the Day | Friday's Episode 7/28/00
(Julian and Alistair are on the phone and Alistair is tells Julian that he is worried that Luis & Sheridan are getting too close.)
Julian: "Just what do you expect me to do, father?"
Alistair: "What do you think I want you to do, Julian? Keep Luis and Sheridan apart."
Julian: "Let Ethan do it."
Alistair: "Ethan?"
Julian: "Yes, he's your new heir. Since you saw fit to pass over me, let Ethan do your dirty work from now on. I'm busy."
Alistair: "Doing what? Guzzling a king's ransom in brandy?"
Julian: "Such as discovering what secret Ivy's keeping from me."
Alistair: " 'Secret?' "
Julian: "Yes. I'm positive it's something big."
Alistair: "Forget Ivy. If Luis discovers the secrets that cottage holds, he could bring down the entire Crane empire."
Julian: "I repeat -- so what? I'm no longer an heir. There's nothing in it for me."
Alistair: "No? How about a nice long prison term?"
Julian: "Prison?"
Alistair: "Have you forgotten the bullet that Luis found in the cottage? You know the history of that bullet. Oh, my goodness, your silence is deafening."
(Alistair laughs.)
Alistair: "I thought that would get your attention."
Julian: "I'm your son. You wouldn't let me go to jail."
Alistair: "Wouldn't I?"
Julian: "What about you?"
Alistair: "What about me? You don't even know where I am. Nobody does."
(Later on, they are still on the phone)
Alistair: "Poor Julian, locked away for years and years in a cold dark cell. No more bimbos to keep you warm. Not that you'll be lacking for companionship, I'm sure."
Julian: "What do you mean, father?"
Alistair: "Think about it, Julian."
(Julian thinks for a second and then looks like he is going to throw up.)
